Homemade Rolls Aka. Koldhævede Boller

Are you looking for a good recipe to make sundays fresh and crispy rolls? Here is a tested recipe that is approved by my family and friends. Last weekend we had a family gathering for breakfast and these rolls made such a good impression. Everyone loved them! The rolls are quite easy to make and you get the most perfect crispy and airy bread for you morning table. The only thing that you need for your morning table is a homemade juice, a good chees and of course my mum’s homemade marmalade. So the best is to prepare the dough the night before!

For 10-12 pieces:
      • 500 g flour
      • 100 g rey flour
      • 500 g water
      • 10 g yeast
      • 10 g salt
      • poppy seeds on the top

    HOW TO:

Mix all ingredients in bowl, the best is to use a Kitchenaid. The only thing you should be careful about is how much water you add, because sometimes the dough can be a bit runny – so start with a small amount. Once you have the mixture done, prep a bowl with a little bit of oil and place the dough in it and let your mixture rise to double size. It will take 12-24 hours. The next day, sprinkle your table with flour and take the dough out and chop into pieces. Place your rolls into own 240°C and it takes 10-15 minutes. VOILA, you have the best homemade rolls ever!

Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up and
let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading correctly.
I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.

I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same outcome. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gran_Canaria/077/3
