Training With Fitnesspaafarten.dk

Cool concept of training outdoors, this is Fitness På Farten! This was my second session and I must say it is A.W.E.S.O.M.E. Many are still training in their fitness centres because it is quite cold outside, but really it does not matter much when you are sweating while training. I think this is one of the factors that makes #FitnessPaaFarten unique.

 

It is a cross-fit training combined with running, which is so effective because you can both train cardio and core.  Of course it is an individual decision of how fast you will run and how many repetitions of each exercise you will do. So in that way it is suitable for anybody, weather you are pro or just a fitness enthusiatst. Coach Cartsen is setting a track with different workout stations from squats, abs, dips, walking lunches etc. The workout takes usually about 45 to 60 minutes and by the end you are DONE. It feels so good!

 

Personally, I prefer to do my workout outside rather than in the gym, because it is so refreshing and it is totally another kind of experience. It is on of my ways to keep my body and mind in good shape, because lets face it … how does not have a stress these days.
