Good training and good food was always an important part of my life. In fact, it is such a lifestyle that I grew up in as my parents were ‘sporty people’ and healthy food was basic at our home.
My parents signed me up for all types of activities from swimming, gymnastic, dancing and athletics. There was never weekend without some sort of activity and there was never a week without scheduled training. Just to be clear, I have never been forced to do sports it was always something I enjoyed. So with this being said, I want to dive into this topic.
Last month, I changed my work out routine. How? Well, first of all I started to attend body bike and I even sit on the bike at home. This is probably better way to do cardio, as it is not as tough on my lower back. Sometimes I mixed it with light jogging. After that I love to do core training for my abs. So in few weeks time, I can be a proud owner of ‘six pack’ 😀
When it comes to nutrition’s and food, I don´t follow any kind of diet. Meaning I eat pretty much everything. My philosophy is that life is too short to cut down on the good things, like bread, meat, cheese and wine. Although, it is important to have a good balance and diversity of meals during the day. I am eating lot of sushi and wok dishes with vegetables.
To sum this up, the only rule I have is to drink lots of water and get enough sleep ♡
