This was my first time trying this work out, and I have to say guys it is hard! Balancing and doing all kinds of exercise on the paddle board is really challenging. Challenging in the way to stay focus not to fall down into the water. I think this was the hardest work out for my abs I ever tried. So if you guys want to have a serious six-pack this is a workout for you.
