Checking back from Lanzarote. I have had a pretty active first two days in here. I booked myself for different activities, from yoga to body bike. I would guess we are doing about 3 hours of active work out every day, this should get me ready for the european summer season 😉
Do not get me wrong, I am not doing so much sports to lose a weight. I grew up in family that is very much sport oriented. This is sort of lifestyle we have and this feels so natural to me to move my body. Just to get it strait. Speaking of moving my body, I feel super energised and really stress free.
So you are probably wondering how our days are looking in here?
Well our days are scheduled pretty much like this:
- day is starting with a long walk,
- then 60 min. of hatha yoga or aerial yoga,
- 30 min. gym,
- in the evening I finished with 60 min. of body bike,
- in between the work out 60 min. of tennis or golf (or both).
I have completely underestimated the weather, it is quite cold and windy, so my plan to go for half a day diving is not quite realistic. So lets see how it looks during this week. Can you have nice and productive week. I´ll check back soon.
