Last couple of weeks I did lot of sport activities from mountain biking, golfing to just regular work out. So I thought I’d share few moments with you. This is pretty much for me everyday afternoon.
Gotta keep in shape & have a personal goal!
I know, sometimes it´s hard to find a motivation for you work out, but once its done it feels so good. My personal mission for the next summer is to improve my condition training. Setting up a goal for yourself, makes it easier to focus on your work out. As well as training with group of friends helps immensely with motivation.
