♡ HELLO SUNDAY ♡ I hope you are all having a great Sunday. This week was quite unusual for me … as I stared to train on mountain bike and driving a single tracks in the forest. I tell you, I could feel every muscle by the end of the day. I found my new addiction to training outside on the bike. It is new way for me to shake off the stress and I fount it very effective, maybe more then standing on my cross trainer at home. Sure, I am going to do more outdoor sports this autumn, so you can also except more lifestyle and training related blog posts.
