I am guilty of eating chips, I am guilty of eating own baked kale chips. Today I´d like to share with you my favourite recipe for amazing, healthy and tasty kale chips. Once you try it, you will be addicted, trust me. I think it such an easy recipe especially now for the summer that you can share with your friends or just eat it alone instead of classic potatoes chips or popcorn.
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
Start with preheating the own to 150 C. Then wash your curly kale and lay on a board and, with a knife cut out the hard stem. Tear large leaves into smaller pieces. Put the kale into a large bowl and toss kale with some olive oil and seasonings of your choice, and add bit of cheese if you like. Place the kale on sheet pan. Roast good 15 – 20 minutes until crispy. Now, your chips are ready to serve…. I would recommend to serve it hot.
If you put a massive batch of kale on the pane, it will steam rather than roast and so it will never become crispy. So spread it evenly and then you get the nice crisp in the end.
