Oh, Spa Sunday!
One way to relax is bubble bath and rose petals, no phone, no noise, no nothing … just chill out. I am trying to have a bit if time for myself, and one of the thing I found out that is working pretty well, is hot bath with lots of bubbles. It really help me to overcome my migraines and headaches. Because lets be honest, I am not good at finding the time to relax, as there is always ‘something’, that needs to be done. I have learned with the time or rather I am still learning to “take it easy”, which is sometime the hardest thing. So I want to encourage you all to take a time for yourself!
