Right before I left Denmark, we had a dinner party at my friends place. We started with tuna tartar served on danish rye bread and as main dish we got baby lobster (yam, yam). Even though it is not a lobster season, we managed to get a decent portion from Scotland. I made more photos but non of my friends nor family wants to be published here. Lets just say it was a great evening as usual … it is slowly becoming our little tradition.
