Hello Beautiful! Rise And Shine

Most of you probably do not know, that I am nuts into sports, health and nutrition’s. I love to exercise and eat fruits and veggies. I was like that all my life since I was an elite athlete, so I kept this lifestyle, which gives me lots of energy and endorphins. I will share with all of you my healthy tips that get me through the week and give my body everything that it deserves.

1. Before Breakfast
Water Mixed with Aloe Vera

I kick of my day with glass of water mixed with Aloe Vera drink gel. Good tip for those who do not like the taste, you can mix it with orange juice and you cannot taste the difference.

2. Breakfast
Berries with Yogurt and Gluten Free Oats

Most of the morning I tend to have for breakfast classic berries mix with yogurt and gluten free oats. I love gluten free oats because they are very soft and they simply taste better. If I am in the hurry I will all blend all ingrediences in blender and add some frozen strawberries. This is usually to go power breakfast. I simply cannot function without breakfast, as it is the most important meal of your day.

3. Time for Lunch or Dinner

Leafy Salad with Chicken
At least once a day I try to eat a good portion of veggies to get my vitamins, it is typically a salad with some kind of meat.

4. Hydrate Your Body
To be hones I am not the best person when it comes to drinking a plenty of water during the day. In the winter time I am more like a green tea person. But anyways, during the days when I am training i drink around 2,5 -3 litters of water, sometime i even add electrolyte and magnesium sport tables, for the extra taste and it also prevents cramps in your muscles.

5. Vitamins

It contains the right cocktail of minerals, antioxidants and B-vitamins that my body has a need for.

Vitamin D
Of course, you can get you vitamin D in many food sources like egg yolk, salmon and shrimps but I like to take in tablets.

Energy Boost
In the days when I need to concentrate a lot like and exam period at university, or an important project a head of me I will go for healthy All Energy vitamins. This works better, than litters of coffee and energy drinks … I tested these vitamins and I can really recommend it for these sleepless nights full of work.

Fish Oil
I am taking fish oil because it is great my bones, it should improve memory. It is also good for fat burning and reduces signs of ageing.

6. Bath
Himalaya Salt
Himalaya bath salt is considered by many as purest salt on earth. It helps with detoxication, really improve hydration of your skin, reduces muscle cramps. Also in my case improves sleep. During the autumn and wither season I like to take bath with Himalaya salt. Especially when I feel I got cold, Himalaya salt speeds up the process so I get faster over my cold.

Natural Oil
This is also one of my secret weapons, i also like to add this into my bath or my skin as it has great healing effects.

7. Night, Night
Sleepy Time Herbal Tea
You know it ….there are days when I cannot sleep, just because my brain is working and I am thinking about billion things that happened or just what do I have to organise during the next day. My personal tip for falling asleep is to make a cup of sleepy time tea, which is of course caffeine free.

Beauty does not necessarily starts with fashion items and makeup goodies; it starts with being healthy, energetic and happy. I hope this post was helpful and be aware that as far as you eat healthy and exercise, you would get most vitamins that your body needs. Keep in mind that I am not doctor or nutritionist, these are just things that works for me.
